Form Collapse tool: Setting it on jotform to only open when 'modify' button is clicked in the end

Type 1 is putting all steps in one single page, folding step by step. When first step is completed, then follow by second step after clicking "continue" button. A "modify" button is there in case you wish to modify completed step, you can only unfold the completed step by clicking "modify" button. Please advise is that possible to make such design with Jotform?

To do what you have described you should add Form Collapse tool to your jotform.

Now if you can just confirm to me. You are looking to have them only click on a button to be allowed to pass to this next step or is it OK to allow them to open any form collapse tool and go through them?
