Does JotForm allow me to use fillable PDFs from other sources (Social Security)?

    I am currently working for an attorney (my son) who uses a Dell to interview clients and fill in answers from fillable PDFs developed by Social Security.  I am having a terrible time on my Mac.  Sometimes, the answers do not stay where I answered them. Most often, when I type in a few lines of remarks, it looks fine, but when I click out of that field, all the text is condensed into one line, therefore unreadable. 

     

    Does JotForm help with that?

    Thank you for contacting us. 

    First, I highly recommend you create your JotForm account if you haven't done so yet. You can use this link https://www.jotform.com/signup to signup using your email account.

    As to your inquiry, we do not have tool in the form that will allow you have fillable PDFs.

    To my knowledge, tt requires a separate application (a PDF editor) to actually edit or write on PDF files. Our form do not have this PDF editor.

    Aside from being able to Save the form as PDF format (user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/212-How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form) , you can also PRINT the filled-in form as PDF file.

    You can do this in the Submission View page
