Issues reported when uploading docx file on our jotform

Another user of the form stated that the could not upload a ad with the extension  .docx 

I've cloned your JotForm and tried uploading a docx file. I was able to submit the JotForm successfully with uploaded docx file. 

Could you let us know if there is any error message displayed? Please provide us with little more information on this issue so that we can guide you in the right direction.
