Why am I not receiving notifications of form submissions?

    I submitted a question and haven't received an answer yet. if you could email or call 636-39-0232, that would be great.

    Unfortunately, we do not have phone support right now. I've checked your email minnieandmo@centurytel.net but I did not find a registered account associated with it? Did you create the form using a guest account? May I also know what form you are having problems with?

    If you haven't created an account, I would like to suggest that you create one for us to further assist you on this and for you to fully utilize our form editor.
