    Hi,

I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you are trying to ask here. When you say Capture Hidden Field, meaning, you want to put something into the hidden field? Or, include it to the notification email? Please kindly add some details so we can properly guide you about it.

    Thank you!

Sorry I hadn't realised I had left the message empty.

I have multiple links to my form on the same page and wanted to know which link had been actually been clicked to access the form.

    Thanks

So the form is the same and it's hyperlink to multiple texts on the same page? Is that what you mean? If so, I'm afraid that it's not possible in Jotform. You can however use our Get Referrer Widget to know the URL of the page where the form is submitted: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_referrer.

If not, please kindly explain further and share to us the page URL so we can check how you put it there.

    Thank you!
