I am unable to login to my account

    I am unable to login and add more unique numbers. What do I do? This happened before and i gave up saving points

    Hi Christine,

    If you have an account with Jotform, you can always reset your password by using the registered email address. However, your current email address is not yet registered to us. 

    If you have created a form and lost it, we can retrieve it for you, but you need to provide us the form URL.

    By the way, if you haven't registered yet, I would recommend doing so. Click this link: http://www.jotform.com/signup/. Owning an account lets you take full control of your form and its submissions without the fear of losing it.
