On september I've temporanely upgraded my plan from Premium to Economy. Now I'ld like to return to Premium.
I've tried some days ago (04/11/2014) to do it on https://www.jotform.com/pricing page and arrived me this confirmation message:
This is a confirmation of the return processed for:
JotForm Economy Monthly
Return Total: USD 5,15
Return Reason: Refund for subscription plan change
But my account always shows economy as current plan. So, what's my current real plan, now?
I've also received this email:
Thanks for using our product!
Unfortunately your most recent JotForm Premium Monthly subscription payment was declined.
Please go to https://sites.fastspring.com/interlogy/order/s/XXXXX (I've hide the invoice number) and update your payment information as soon as possible to avoid cancelation.
Infact on these days we have a problem with our credit card, that isn't accessible: we're trying to solve it as soon as possible with our bank. Fortunately we have already paid our premium plan in advance until january.
At the moment I can't upgrade our credit card data, if there is any risk please give me instructions to avoid our account cancelation!

It seems that you ave two subscription. One is premium yearly subscription with order #INT140104-7319-88923B and the other one is economy monthly subscription which you upgraded in September 12, 2014 with order #INT140912-3892-61121.
Since you want to downgrade back to premium plan and you already have active yearly subscription, I have cancelled your other other subscription and downgraded your account to premium plan.
Please sign out from your account and then sign in again for the changes to reflect.
