Confirmation email for registrants

A lot of people registering on my site (through the jot form) are claiming they aren't seeing the "thank you. your submission has been received". Is there a way for an email confirmation to be sent to them automatically for assurance that they have indeed registered? A lot of people register themselves twice as they're not sure if it ever went through.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

You can use the Autoresponder E-mail for that.

Please check this user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

The autoresponder email can serve as the confirmation message that the form respondent will receive.

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
