What is a responsive form?

Form Preferences shows a "responsive form" option.   What is a responsive form?

Hi,

Responsive form form that is displayed nice across all devices.

What I mean by nice is that none responsive forms and websites would be the same for both desktops, laptops and mobile devices, making it very hard for visitors with mobile devices to use them.

Now if it is responsive, the fields will adjust to the device so that they are big enough to be filled on mobile device and keep a form/layout, without the need to scroll to left and right.
