Can you please tell us what is the jotform that you are not getting any email any more?
Based on the logs, I see this for the email you had mentioned:

Now, I also see that you have 2 accounts, so please let us know if this issue is related to the above account realtymaze or the jotform on u0312717 account. I presume that it is the realtymaze account, but want to make sure.
