    Hey there,

    I am here looking for how can I create survey form for my business. I am trying to create a survey form for my business website Garage Door Repair Yorktown. How can I do this? Need help regarding this.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform has lots of Features that you can use for your forms.

    Check out these Survey Templates that you can use for your form. Let me give you an example:

    • On your my Forms Page, click Create Form.

    • Click Use Template.

    • Click Types, click Survey, click Product Survey, and click Use Template.

    From there you can create and edit your Form.
