Is there a way to unhide fields after/upon the form being submitted so they can be seen when clicking on the Edit Link?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve your requirement. 

Please be noted that though a hidden field will be visible when you edit the submissions from your form's submission page but it cannot be visible when when the form is access through edit link.
