When trying to integrate with Applidok. After selecting "connect" in the Let's Get Started box, nothing seems to happen. The loading bar temporarily displays then goes away.

I've done some tests and there is no problem
Then wizard will guide you to connect your form with an Applidok template.Provide your Applidok credentials, select your custom template with which you want to merge form inputs, copy the confirmation code provided and validate integration.

I discovered that I must have a template created within Applidok before it will connect.

That is correct. You must create the template at Applidok, then create the form with the same type of fields and it will connect.
