Need more Space

Hello,

I have two forms created on my jotform account. One has 540 Submissions and the other as 13 submissions. We had upgraded to "1000 submissions" when we felt it will cross 100 submissions a month. But now we need place for around 20 - 50 submissions this month. Paying $9.95 doesnt make sense.

Whats the other alternative to get free space.? Do we have to delete previous submissions?

Actually, only File Storage limit is affected here upon checking your account. You have zero submissions for this month. Do note that our system will reset submissions count to zero on every first day of each month, but File Storage remains the same. You have 118.44MB of files, and free account is limited to only 100MB of file storage.

Deleting your submissions with file uploads in it will free up your account space limit. But make sure to download all the files and data first. Deleting files means you cannot recover it at a later date.
