I tried deleting and seems I have deleted the old form we used. Please let me know how at jwebb@fusionprint.ca
Normally the notifications come through info@fusionprint.ca

Hi Jeffrey,
Thank you for using JotForm.
Upon checking your account with the username Colin2013, I see that you haven't reached your limits/quota.
If you are referring to the "Upload Space", yours seem to be far from the quota.
But if you would like to delete some files uploaded via submissions, you can follow the screenshot below.
1. "My Forms"->Click the Form that has file attachments on them->Click "Submissions"
2. On you Submissions, choose a submission that has a file uploaded to it. Click the delete button to free up some space on your uploads.
3. Scroll down and you will see a list of submissions with the details.
If you are referring to another file sharing or storage website like Dropbox, Box.com, Google Drive and the likes. You can delete the file attachments there, the submissions here will not be affected.
