Connect jotform to Google Spreadsheet

Is there a way to create a form that I can import into Google Drive as a spreadsheet and send to someone as a job assignment?  Not sure I'm explaining this well!  

I want to be able to create a form that goes to my Google Drive spreadsheet and make a job entry for my vendor.
