Cancel Subscription

    On Oct. 31 I tried several times to cancel our monthly plan of $9.95.  I noticed I was still charged in Nov., and I tried to cancel twice this morning.  Please help me downgrade to the Free plan once again.

    Hello Colbey,

    Upon checking your account, I see that you're using PayPal as the payment method.
    In order to cancel your subscription, you need to login into your PayPal account, find the latest payment you made to us, click on the subscription number and click on the Cancel Subscription button.
