Not able to log in to account

    Your account logon screen does not seem to be working.  I tried logging on with Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.

    I enter username and password at http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/ and click sign in and nothing happens.  I tried to do a reset on the password by entering my email address and click the button to submit and nothing happens there either.

    Hi,

    I apologize for the inconvenience that this might have caused you.

    Upon checking your account, it is still active. The website http://www.jotform.com/ seems to be working fine in our end. You can check the status of the uptime of JotForm here: http://jotformstatus.com/.

    I would like to suggest to clear you browser's cache and check if the internet connection that you have is having some intermittent disconnection or issues. May I also know if you are having some error messages being displayed? Or just a blank state?

    You may also try to turn off the plugins/extensions that you have in your browser's to see if that fixes the problem, some of this plugin/extension sometimes block the website.
