Not able to log in to account

    Your account logon screen does not seem to be working.  I tried logging on with Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.

    I enter username and password at and click sign in and nothing happens.  I tried to do a reset on the password by entering my email address and click the button to submit and nothing happens there either. 


    What's up?

    Upon checking your account, it is still active. The website seems to be working fine in our end. You can check the status of the uptime of JotForm here:

    I would like to suggest to clear you browser's cache and check if the internet connection that you have is having some intermittent disconnection or issues. May I also know if you are having some error messages being displayed? Or just a blank state?

    You may also try to turn off the plugins/extensions that you have in your browser's to see if that fixes the problem, some of this plugin/extension sometimes block the website.
