I checked the jotform on your account but it shows you have 0 reports and 0 submissions.
Are you looking at another jotform on another account perhaps? I only see one on your account as of right now.
If possible can you upload a screenshot?

Just FYI, test submissions are considered complete/valid submissions that's why it is also counted. Anyway, I've made a reset on your limits. You should now see 0 out of 100 submissions on your counter. Take note that we can only do this once in a lifetime. Upgrading to any of the paid plans will give you higher limits http://www.jotform.com/pricing/.
