Billing and account status question - Please confirm ASAP

    I thought I had a premium account, as I was getting billed on a monthly basis.  I recently went through my last year's credit card statements and remember seeing the montlhly charges.  Now I can't remember which card it was to go check (I have like 20!!!).  Did my premium account it get cancelled? 

    I just noticed my account indicates I only have a free account and am running out of space.  So I paid a 2 years premium via PayPal.  Please verify that I am not getting charged twice.  Thanks.

    Hi mcolon02,

    I have just checked your account's status in our member database and saw that it is now upgraded to a Premium account. Please clear your cookies, log out and log in once again to your JotForm account and let us know if you see the Premium status this time or not.

    Thanks.  It is now showing premium.  I just figured out the status confusion was a mistake on our end.  Sorry about that, and thanks again.
