Why can't I add another image to this support query?

The "upload a screenshot" below should allow several like is standard when uploading images into forms

If I understand your question correctly, you want to upload multiple images in your forum post. Is that correct?

You should be able to upload multiple images in your post but you will have to click on the "Insert/edit image" button of toolbar multiple times to upload multiple images. It is not possible to upload bulk images together in forum. Please check the screenshot below:
