Not receiving auto-responder

When people fills out my form: http://www.jotformeu.com/nordicltd/bestik

They dont get any auto-reply, but set-up for auto-reply is done.

For them to receive the auto-responder you need to define the recipient address field:

As you removed the labels the fields are still there to be selected but they appear blank. I fixed it and already received an auto-responder:
