Why have you put up such an unstable element to jot form?

I'm sure when the jot form designer is working well, it will be great. At the moment it is a frustrating mess, that has caused me a lot of wasted time. Beta or not, you shouldn't be putting such unreliable software up for use till it has been more robustly tested in-house.
