Dear Jotform team,
First of all, thank you for the great service!
For 4 days I am trying to download any of my forms into a zip archive (functionality available through "embed my form" section). However, I am constantly receiving the error #5xx.
I have chatted with one of your staff over LiveChat, who helped me to get my form extract manually. I would need to do it again, but the export function still does not work and no LiveChat available.
Could you let me know how to proceed?

Clearing cache, re-logging in, renaming the form, cloning the form, using another browser - all of this has been tried and it does not help. Looking forward to your suggestion!

What kind of browser you are using? We do recommend Chrome to open the form on edit mode.
Also, please confirm this is the form you wish to download the zip file
