I want my uploaded files to be renamed by combination of different fields.

I have a form. Say

"name"

"account number"

every person will upload a personal id. But some people name them ridicilously, and there is no standart.

I want it to be renamed "<name>_<account numer>.extension"

Is it possible, if yes, how

Unfortunately this is not possible at this time, but I will raise this as a feature request from our developers to see if this is something that they would consider adding - if possible - to jotform.

If they add it you will be updated about this through this thread.

For now, what you could do is post a notification above the upload field what they should do to the name before uploading or that the file would be discarded - depending on how important it is for you to have the file named in such manner.
