There are sections missing from my pdf file, how do you include the entire form in the pdf?

    The pdf version of the form that I want mailed to me and my clients is missing sections - it appears to be anything that was just "text" or a "heading" when I created the form.  I don't see any options to add these fields? Do you need to tag them in some way? Thanks!

    Hi allisonclark,

    To confirm, you would like to have your Text and Heading showing in your generated PDFs

    If that is the case, you will need to go to your Submissions page, click on the Gear icon, and then enable the Show Headers and Texts option.

    Then, generated PDF will have that data included.
