Why I am getting almost out of space warning message

Thank you! they are now back. I guess my other question is why am I almost
out of space? I've deleted all old submissions and there is only one form
filled out in there with one submission.

I see that your account is active and seems to be normal within the specified quota of Free account. Do you see the mentioned issue occurs with any specific JotForm?
