Airtable Prefill is not prefilling the field forms

Hello. I am not sure what happened, but my "Prefill" from Airtable is pulling in the wrong field. I tried removing and recreating the connection a half dozen times or more. Nothing seems to make a difference.

I'm looking to 'pull in' the FOUR-DIGIT NUMBER from the "RO#" field in Airtable, and then use that FOUR-DIGIT NUMBER to 'populate' the "Related Repair Order Number" field in my Jotform named "Customer Satisfaction Survey" form.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I made a clone of your form and connected my Airtable table to the form for the Prefill function but I was not able to replicate the issue. The RO# from my table prefilled the first question on the cloned form. Here's a demo video.

For further troubleshooting, could you please try to generate another API key on your Airtable account? After that, set up the Airtable prefill again on your form to see if that would fix the issue.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

I won't be able to test it until later today. But you know what, I'm pretty sure that will be the answer!
