unable to make form appear on website

Asked by Marsha on September 24, 2011 at 02:25 PM

<script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.com/jsform/12660900342"></script> I placed this code under a written paragraph in a website building tool of network solutions.  It does not work.  What to do?  Thank you for your help.  I can't seem to sign in to find the form just created.  It was tested but acts now like it doesn't exist.  Please help.  616-928-1874

    Hi Marsha

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting the form displayed on your site. Rest assured, the form certainly exists because I saw it in your account. Moreover, using the embed code you provided above, I was able to have it shown on a site I use for testing purposes.

It's somewhat difficult to figure out the exact cause of the problem without seeing the page in which you intend to embed the form. Please provide its URL (its address). It might also prove useful if you could provide a link to the specific website building tool you are using. Is it this one by any chance? Perhaps armed with that information I might be able to search YouTube for videos by other Network Solutions clients who have experienced a similar issue.

In the interim, while we await the additional information from you, replace the current form code with this iFrame version and see if it helps.

    Thanks.
