How do I embed my form into GoDaddy templates?

The embed codes generated after I create my form won't work on my site...

Our forms should be compatible with the GoDaddy Websie Builder. Please try to use an HTML Code element on the GoDaddy builder to embed the form code.

If the standard Embed code does not work right, try an iFrame version instead.
