Photography contract form

I am creating a form to use as my photography business contract. I wanted to see if it was possible for me to fill out some of the fields prior to emailing it to my clients (date of session, time of session, price of session,etc). In the screen to build the form it won't allow me to enter anything in the field. If so, can you let me know how this should be done.

Hi Gretchen,

I am not quite sure what you would like to accomplish?

Do you want to have pre-set times that they can choose from for each day in the week?

Or do you maybe want to have some form of text explaining to your users what would happen and how?
