I have upgraded to premium but still cannot get payments, my clients are trying to register and pay but it seems to still be the free version limit.

Your account is already upgraded to the Premium Yearly Plan. You should now be able to receive submissions. I just tried it and the form is submitted. Please confirm is the problem is resolved and if you clients can submit to it now.
