Cancel and Full Refund

    I upgraded my subscription to the annual subscription and want to cancel and get back my full refund.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As requested, the account has been downgraded to a Free Plan and we already initiated the refund request. Please note that the refund will be credited to your card within 5 to 7 business/working days.
