Hi,
Please do understand that each subscription or service plan has it's limit, you can find the quota details here: http://www.jotform.com/pricing. I see that you already have reached your limit on SSL submissions, once an account reach its limit the account will then be temporarily be deactivated and the forms will also be disabled.
The reset on counters or limit is done on the 1st day of the month, in your case it will be reset the first day next month. Or you can also click the "upgrade" button on the email sent to you.
For the meantime, I will be lowering your SSL counter from 11 to 8, to let you deactivate the forms using SSL and for you to continue using the other forms. But please do take note that I can only do this once. If you get to have an overlimit again, you will need to upgrade or wait for the reset
You can use the non-SSL/non-secure form embed code or direct Form URL by following the screenshot below:
Please do make sure that your are not using https://secure.jotform or https://jotform in sharing the form links and also remove these links that is embedded to your website. This will prevent further submission to the form and will avoid "overlimit" for the meantime.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you need additional information on this.
Thank you.
