How can I add a link that opens up in a new window to a Check Box option text?

I added a link with a target attribute but the target attribute does not seem to be there in the live version of the form. Since the form is in an iframe, the link takes the user to the href while still in the frame.

Our terms and conditions widget is made to accomplish just that.  Here is a link to the widget:

Though unfortunately with your form being embedded in a iframe, the widget still may not be able to break out of the frame.  If possible, try the javascript embed method:
