I received an email that my forms are now disabled since I reached the space limit:

    Dear V.......,

You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms are disabled now.

Upgrade your account today to continue using JotForm; receive submissions, collect payments from your users and have more upload space. Upgrading is quick and easy:

    Thanks for using JotForm,

Does the space limit not recalculate every month? Or am I limited in moving forward in regards to space by submissions from past forms? I just created a new form yesterday and assumed I was only allowed 100/ month but somehow my space limit has been met. Is there a way to restart the available space monthly? If so, how do I go about it?

    Thanks,

Please be noted that free accounts are limited to receive upto 100 regular submissions and have a storage space of 100MB. The submission counter will be reset on first day of every month. However, the upload space does not. The only way to make your storage space free is to delete the submissions with uploaded files. Please be informed that the deleted submissions cannot be recovered in any way so please backup your submissions before deleting them. You may also integrate with Google drive or Dropbox to receive your file uploads.

Hope this information helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks!
