We upgraded our jot form account for the next two years, there is no way our forms has exceeded the amount allowed. Please look into this for us asap. Thanks!

I see that your payment was done as a guest user and hence it was not linked to your account. However, I linked the payment to your account now and you should be able to see your account active with 2 years of Premium subscription.
