I have set a condition so that the date picker is hidden until the user selects an option (radio button).
The form is here: http://form.jotform.co/form/42590717775869
If you click "Yes" for "If over 18, do you have a Blue Card?" an input field and the date picker field appear. As you can see, the date picker does not display the full field (see attached pic).
Any help on this would be appreciated.

I checked your jotform http://www.jotform.co/form/42590717775869
and I was able to see the problem.
It seems this is new bug in the Date Picker Widget when used with Conditional Statement Show/Hide.
To fix the issue, try adding this CSS codes into your jotform
width : 100% !important;
It works when I made a test using my test jotform http://form.jotform.me/form/43228782121451?
Hope this help. Inform us if there are still issue.

Thanks. But unfortunately this CSS does not fix the problem. I have inserted it into my form, but the date picker is still compressed.
Any ideas why it hasn't worked?

Upon checking, I found that the custom css for the date picker widget will not work.
My colleague have already reported this issue to our back end team. Upon checking the bug report, I found that one of our developer is already looking into this issue. We will get back to you as soon as this issue is fixed.

The issue is not fixed - The date picker should display its full width when hidden/shown using conditional logic from a from - please check http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43521185333954
