Is there a way to change the format of the new submission email?

When the client submits our form, it comes into our email box quite hard to read. Is there a way to format the email a different way (for example as a table), or even give the email larger text?

Hi,

Notifier and Autoresponder templates are always customizable. Just use the formatting tools on top, hover to each of the icons to reveal their names.

To make texts larger, just highlight the text and change by choosing the size from the "Font Size" dropdown option in the highlighted buttons in the screenshot.

If you want to insert your own HTML tables, you can do that by using the Source Codes option.
