We currently have a subscription that is up for renewal. We would like to remove the credit card information and use an alternative billing method due to our state purchasing requirements. Is it possible to receive an invoice electronically?
The edit subscription option on your website does not allow for payment any other way other than credit card or pay pal.

You can pay via Purchase order or Wire transfer
(IMPORTANT: Make sure you include the reference number the system gives to you, with the wire transfer payment, if you choose that method.)

Here are the instructions if Purchase order is chosen,
Make sure you choose "Purchase Order" (or Wire Transfer, if that's the case) at the Method of Payment field. Fill everything on that page, including your JotForm login, which would be your JotForm Username kumc , not the email address.
Once you are done, it will redirect you to another page where you will actually see the Address where you must send the check for payment. This is our Payment Gateway's, Plimus. You can hit on "Back" (at the bottom of that page) in order to correct anything, then you can print it.
