I need a "one-time only" form. Can I purchase that for $9.95, without signing up for the traditional automatic pull from my credit card?

As explained in our pricing page, JotForm is a monthly subscription service and hence it requires a sign-up. However, you can cancel/upgrade/downgrade anytime depending on your requirement. The account remains in current paid subscription until next billing date once you downgrade it anytime during the month.
