Why am I getting delayed double submissions?

    Hi Folks!

    I use JotForms on my photography website in order to solicit models who want to work with my photo studio. The form is very simple, just a name/email/phone/story/photo form. 

    This has been up and running for about 2+ months now flawlessly, however recently (2 weeks or so?) I have started to get duplicate emails from JotForm. It is as if the person had gone back and resubmitted the exact same form all over again.

    The really weird thing about this is that the duplicates are not coming in "right away" as if the person had accidently pressed send twice, or something like that. They come in usually 24 hours or longer after the initial "real" submission. 

    I am not sure what is causing this and am hoping that perhaps you can help me figure it out and stop getting duplicate submissions?

    Hi Todd,

    I found the jotform under your account toddhd.

    I also see that you have 2 notifiers set on the jotform.

    The first one is sending emails to your gmail account, while the other to the email you have specified here when contacting us (to****davi*****tos).

    When looking at the logs they show the same entries, the only different being the email address (the emails are sent at the same time).

    It might be that one of your emails are being either not scanned as often (for new messages) as the other or that for some reason there is a long delay on it, but from what I can see 2 notifiers are set to send the emails and both are being sent.

    I would only suggest checking the emails to have the proper headers, since the settings in Notification 1 of the jotform on your website does not have the Sender E-Mail address set properly.
