I have a website.  I want a customer that goes to the site to be able to upload multiple files.  So.. I want to have a "button" on my site that will give the customer a way to upload the files.

    1.  Can this be done with your product

    2.  Is there a demo version I can try it with

    3.  Do you have a video or something I can watch that shows me how to do this..

    4.  I have put the link below so you can see what I want to do. This link looks like I want it to look to the user but this form only allows one file to be uploaded.

    Hi William,

Thank you for considering JotForm for your online form needs.

To confirm you would like to know if it is possible to have a form with multiple upload fields?

If that is the case, yes you are able to have multiple upload fields on your form.

    2.  Is there a demo version I can try it with

You are able to use our form builder to create your desired form, which would include adding your upload forms. You are able to sign up and use our service for free. You can see what is offered with our free account at this link: http://www.jotform.com/pricing

    3.  Do you have a video or something I can watch that shows me how to do this..

You can view our Get Started Guides that will help you get started with creating your forms with our builder.

Learn it all in 2 minutes with the video below.

     4.  I have put the link below so you can see what I want to do. This link looks like I want it to look to the user but this form only allows one file to be uploaded.

Please see this sample form that I created with the same field and multiple upload fields: http://www.jotform.com/form/43246128445959

I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.

I was able to get it all working.  Another question..  Once someone fills out the form I get an email that included links to each file which I can of course download.  Just curious.. is there a way for me to go directly to the place where the files are stored with an ftp program to get them?  OR is there a way to direct the downloaded files to go to a server that I want it to go to?

    Hi wtucker0092,

I am happy to hear that you were able to get your form working.

There are a few options that you can use to get your file uploads other than using the link that has been provided in the email. Please see the guides below:
