Are forms automatically updated when I make a change to the original?

Asked by spboutique on September 25, 2011 at 06:41 PM

I have two forms already installed in Facebook and also in a Tumblr html page. They work just fine. The problem that I'm having is in regards to new changes not showing!

I enter JotForm and update my forms by adding new fields, editing old fields, etc., and even go as far as re-installing the HTML script to my facebook & tumblr pages. No matter what I do, the new form fields won't update on the page!

    Please help.

    Hi guys,

As long as you're not using the full source code of the form, your form will automatically update itself on the website and you do not need to perform any changes in the embed code currently in use. Examples are the default embed code and the iframe embed code

Please see this screencast to see your form as I see it from my end. Kindly confirm if this is the updatedor the old form.

    Thank you for using JotForm!
