I recently created a jotform without ever creating an account. I then started using it and after restarting my computer, realized that there was no way I could go back in and access the entries because I never made an official account.
Is there any way you can help me access my form and submissions?

Yes, we can assign your forms from your guest account to your new account.
What is the URL of the forms that you would like to assign to jeanettepca account?

I am sure that JotForm support team will help you as soon as possible. Meanwhile, you can try to use a clone existing form feature in order to get mentioned form in your account. However, this tool does not move the submissions. I hope this information will be helpful for you.
