How to Send Email Notification base on a selection within jotofrm

Is it possible to set up my forms so that the user may select within the form which version of an email notification (alert) they would like the form to trigger? 

Or, an alternative (although substantially less desirable option) would be for different email notifications (among three let's say) to be triggered at random each time a form is generated?

You can add multiple conditional Notification Email, and then you can use condition logic to control which Email will be sent base on the selected option/answer in the form.
