hi, when our customers submit their completed form, we're getting multiple submissions of the same form, which confuses us and adds to our form usage. any resolution on this possible. also, 10 multiple forms submitted in same day. we tested to see if it was our customers and found it's in the jotform system we think. help.

Upon checking the submissions for the form in question (http://www.jotform.com/form/11585854680) I was able to confirm your findings. When you check that submissions page, you will notice that the duplicate submissions (10) have been flagged. Please do NOT unflag or delete them, as doing so may hamper any investigations our developers may need to undertake.
I have reduced your submission count for the month by 11 (10 duplicates plus my test submission). If you receive anymore duplicate submissions, please flag them and let us know, so that we can also credit those towards your submission count as well, as we work to resolve this matter.
Thank you for drawing this to our attention. If others report the same problem, we might be able to identify something that is common to all of the accounts.
EDIT: Since posting the above, I made a submission via the form that is embedded on your site to see if it would make a difference. (My last submission was made from the form's own URL: http://www.jotform.com/form/11585854680.)

The duplicate submissions may be genuine and not a bug after all, and my colleague's suggestion is a good one. However, I noticed that the page to which users are directed upon submission of the form (the "Thank You" page) contains no obvious indication that the submission was successful. So (although it's true that users won't be able to re-submit the form if "Strict Check" is implemented) in addition to emrew86's solution, it would be a good idea to put some sort of confirmation message on the "Thank You" page so that users won't mistakenly think that the form wasn't submitted.
If you still experience duplicate submissions after applying these solutions, please let us know. Our team is always willing to go that extra mile (with a smile, no less :) to help users get the most out of our product.

Thanks for your response and testing. We have not experienced the same problem since my initial report. I will take your suggestions into consideration. If we find it happening again, we will use the strict form, but at this time we're hesitant in the event they made an honest mistake and will thereon be stopped from submitting a form. We will do a "Thank You" page. That is a good idea.

how about if the form too long and the sender could not see the Thank you page once the submission button is clicked.....
