Subscription Downgrade Refund

    I would like to inquire about a refund for our Subscription as we will no longer be using Jotform.

    Thanks for patiently waiting. Unfortunately, we can't refund your account. As part of our Terms of Use, only cancelations within 30 days are refundable.
