How to show the Airport Picker widget based on a selection?

I do another issue with STEP BY STEP
COMPANY INFORMATION FORM" When I got to second Step
"Contact Details" Postal and Physical Addresses are the same How I can
reserve for customer can select one of Two Option
eg... Click here for Airport Pick Whens they Click the Airport Locator
widget Appear and they can type the desire Airport

I think you want to hide or show a specific field based on users selection? I do not see the Airport widget on your form, so you need to:

1) Add a Radio button from Form Tools

2) Add the Airport Picker widget from the Widgets tab

3) Click on Setup&Embed, then on Conditions

4) Create a condition statement like this:
