Facing problem on conditional logic

Hi! Currently, I'm working on a form related to a doll store that involves conditional logic and it seems the feature is buggy. It isn't letting me apply the condition I want (e.g. Show a number field if the user answers "Yes" to the previous question).

If this is from a different account, can you share the form URL? Here's the guide on how to locate the form URL. Also, I'd like to clarify when you say it won't allow you to apply the condition. Does that mean, it's not allowing you to create the condition or the condition has been made but it's just not working?
